ANN SULLIVAN

I was born and raised in Michigan. I’m the oldest of my three siblings. I met my husband, Brian, at General Motors and married him in 1990. We have lived in both Northern & Southern California, Seattle, Calgary Alberta Canada, and in San Antonio since 2013. I love living in San Antonio because it is family-oriented, has a great history and iconic landmarks. We have three children, two of whom are Texas A&M Aggies. I have an accounting degree from Walsh College, am a CPA, and have worked in both public and private accounting. I joined Newcomers in 2014 and belong to the Chicks & Flicks, On the road, Lunch Bunch, Bunko Buddies, Taste the World and Wine & Spirits interest groups. I enjoyed being on the board serving as an “opportunity drawings” appointed officer. I love to travel and always enjoy visiting different locations. Christmas is my favorite holiday. Celebrating the birth of Jesus, decorating, giving gifts and of course baking those delicious cookies! I am 100% Polish and enjoy Polish food. When I visit my hometown, I always eat lots of delicious pierogi and dill pickle soup. I especially enjoy dancing the polka. My husband and I have enjoyed watching Game of Thrones, Ozark, Yellowstone and 1883. My advice to anyone moving to San Antonio is to join Newcomers. It’s a great group of fun-loving women who show off San Antonio.
