Fresh tomatoes, onions, spices and shredded chicken, topped with tortilla strips, cheese and avocado.

Poblano Chicken
Charbroiled chicken breast sauteed with onion, poblano peppers, topped with pepper jack cheese, served with rice pilaf and vegetables de jour

Coffee and tea

No walk-ins are admitted on the day of the luncheon.  No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the reservation deadline. Guests are limited to prospective members and out-of-town guests. Please indicate the guest’s name and menu selections with reservation.
