Reservation/Refund Policy:
• No Walk-ins are admitted on the day of the luncheon.
• Luncheon reservations may be made up until the published deadline each month. Newcomers are not required to admit anyone without a reservation. If you cancel before the registration deadline, you will be given a full refund. If you cancel after the registration deadline, you will only receive a full refund if a person from the waitlist takes your place. If no waitlist person is available, you forfeit both the payment and the meal as we are still required to pay for your meal. No luncheon meal will be provided as carry-out.
• Restaurant staff and committee members set up the room prior to the start time. No guests will be admitted into the dining room prior to 11:30 AM.
• Guests are limited to prospective members and out-of-town guests.
• We do our best to provide the best options we can with our allotted budget at each restaurant. We regret that we are unable to accommodate individual requests or menu substitutions.
Maximum room capacity 60. A Waitlist will start the next day.
