Would you like to be a Big Sister to a new Member?  Sometimes it's intimidating to be in a new city and walk into a coffee or luncheon when you don't know a soul and everyone is in their little groups chatting it up.  Wouldn't it be nice if that new member had a Big Sister with a friendly smile and welcoming spirit to get her acclimated to our group? Introduce her to other members, find out her interests and help her connect?  Wow!  What a difference you can make in someone's life by reaching out!
